Flounder May 2 to September 27 with a two-fish slot possession limit from 17 to 17.99 inches, with one fish at 18 inches or greater.
Black sea bass 13-inch size limit open season from May 17 through June 19 (10-fish bag); July 1 through August 31 (two-fish); October 7 through October 26 (10-fish); and November 1 through December 31 (15-fish).
